<正>在变应性鼻炎(AR)治疗体系中,药物治疗的应用范围最为广泛,其目的是控制临床症状,但对致病的免疫机制无显著作用。变应原特异性免疫治疗是目前惟一可能通过免疫调节机制改变AR自然进程的治疗方式,可调节患者全身免疫机能,由此阻断或逆转疾病进程,取得药物治疗无法产生的整体疗效,包括:①减轻变应原暴露引发的症状:免疫治
