科研导向对科研产出的影响:基于高校教师社会资本的研究

摘要：

如何提高教师科研产出一直是高校科研管理部门和教师重视的问题。很多高校科研管理部门强调教师科研导向的重要性,但是教师科研导向对其科研产出的影响具有情景依赖性。引入教师社会资本作为发挥科研导向作用的情景,探讨教师嵌入的校内外社会资本如何影响科研导向和科研产出之间的关系。研究发现,教师校内网络程度中心性对上述关系的影响具有情境依赖性:当教师校外网络中介中心性高时,高校内程度中心性能够发挥教师科研导向作用,提高教师科研产出;当教师校外网络中介中心性低时,校内程度中心性就不能充分发挥教师科研导向作用,反而会降低教师科研产出。
