连续护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者生活质量的干预效果研究

摘要：

目的探讨连续护理干预对提高慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者生活质量的效果。方法采用随机对照研究方法,将130例因COPD急性加重入院患者随机分为干预组62例和对照组68例,干预组接受持续1年的电话及入户随访干预,对照组给予常规护理。在干预后1,3,6,12个月入户进行肺功能及圣乔治呼吸问卷、呼吸困难程度的测量。结果 2组患者的肺功能与生活质量的活动得分、呼吸困难程度、6 min步行距离在于预后比较干预组均显著优于对照组。结论连续护理干预可以延缓FEV1%下降速率,降低COPD患者呼吸困难程度,提高患者的生活质量。
