丝绸之路上的贸易便利化和生态导向发展:技术标准视角

摘要：

丝绸之路发源于绿洲文明,是国际化的历史典范。运用中国1990-2010年32个ICS技术部门的面板数据,考察了技术标准对于中国对外贸易发展的作用。研究发现:技术标准与国际接轨有利于中国进出口贸易的发展,标准量的平稳增长和标准体系的完善能够为繁荣贸易、实现对外贸易与生态环境的和谐发展提供有力的技术支撑和实践指导。丝绸之路沿途各国应当积极建设国家标准化体系,在国际层面、区域层面和国家层面就技术标准的制定和实施开展广泛的交流与合作,推动丝绸之路上的贸易便利化和生态导向发展。
