摘要
:
活性污泥微生物的代谢活性会影响其对污染物的脱除效率,ATP作为与能量代谢密切相关的活性指标已经广泛用于活性污泥的活性监测。由于以往相关研究中测定方法不同,浓度表述方法各异,很难对众多研究者获得试验数据做有效的比较。通过仔细研究文献资料,对相关数据进行折算,本论文总结出正常情况下不同水质活性污泥中ATP的浓度范围,并对两种ATP检测方法——定磷法和荧光素酶法的原理和优缺点做了比较,便于相关领域的研究者参考使用。
