摘要：

在复杂多变、竞争激烈的市场环境下,突破性创新对长期保持组织绩效至关重要。针对现有研究中的一些不足,在文献回顾的基础上,构建了一个理论模型,提出突破性创新能力在互补资产与突破性创新绩效关系间起中介作用的假说,并在模型要素界定的基础上,就互补资产、突破性创新能力与突破性创新绩效三者之间的关系进行研究。
