摘要：

锌在中枢神经系统的作用是很重要的 ,其与钙、钾、钠一起成为神经元兴奋性的一个关键性的调节物。研究发现哺乳动物大脑皮层囊泡中锌的正常生理作用及病理学变化对神经病理学研究工作有重大发现和令人激动的挑战。现就突触锌的正常生理及其释放与病理学关系作一评述。
