高迁移率族蛋白1在中枢神经系统疾病中的作用

摘要
高迁移率族(high mobiliby group box,HMGB)蛋白是一类核蛋白,释放至细胞外的HMGB1参与了外周诸多疾病的发生。近年来研究表明,HMGB1也参与了中枢神经系统疾病的发生。现简要阐述HMGB1的外周作用,着重介绍其在中枢神经系统疾病,特别脑缺血中的作用。
