照料父母对我国农村已婚妇女劳动时间分配的影响

摘要：

在过去三十年里,中国农村经历了工业化与城市化的变迁。劳动力转移、人口老龄化加重了农村已婚妇女的家庭照料负担。在本文中,我们利用2000、2004和2006年中国健康和营养调查(CHNS)数据研究了照料父母对农村已婚妇女劳动时间分配的影响。研究发现,照料老年父母对已婚妇女的农业劳动时间没有影响,而对于非农劳动而言,照料自己的父母不会影响妇女的非农劳动时间,但是照料公婆对妇女的非农劳动时间却有非常显著的负向影响。结果表明,在中国农村传统的父权意识仍然对家庭内部照料资源的分配起到重要的作用。
