摘要：

"二战"结束后特别是1970年代以来,遍布各国的政治信任危机推动国外政治信任研究兴起。政治信任研究的历史进程为:研究进路上,由学术边缘逐步成长为专门领域;研究范围上,由以美英等西方国家为蓝本扩展至世界各国;研究方法上,由实证研究为主发展为实证与规范研究并重的格局,特别是开展了广泛的比较研究。国外政治信任研究聚焦于公民文化论、社会资本论、自由宪政论等密切相关的几个理论主题。
