摘要
胆碱能抗炎通路是一种通过传出迷走神经来抑制炎症的神经-内分泌抗炎途径,它将大脑与免疫系统相连,在炎症的调节中起到至关重要的作用。它主要通过巨噬细胞尼古丁α7受体(α7nAchR)发挥抗炎作用。本文主要综述了胆碱能抗炎通路在α7nAchR活化后的信号通路机制,如激活JAK2-STAT3,抑制NF-κB等,从而抑制炎症因子的释放。胆碱能抗炎通路活化用于人类多种炎症性疾病的治疗,其通路上的信号分子可作为新药设计的靶点,具有广泛的应用前景。
