<正> 近年来,人们对窦房结的功能评价及检查方法已经积累了一些资料,窦房结自律性或传导障碍的电生理异常是发生病态窦房结综合征(病窦综合征)的基础。然而尚未有一种恒定、可靠地取得这些参数的直接方法,所以一直采用间接的方法(如窦房结恢复时间测定、阿托品试验、运动试验等)来获得这些参数。目前有些作者开始研究直接描记窦房结电图的技术,随着这项技术的不断发展和完善,将为评价窦房结功能开辟新的途径。本文根据Reiffel报告的方法,直接记录了20例患者的窦房结电图,现简略报告如下。
