摘要：

应用定式问卷调查了300例就诊于6个不同层次精神科机构的精神分裂症门诊病人。结果表明:45.0%的病人未及时求医,61。3%的病人首诊于非精神科机构,74.3%的病人曾求助过各种非精神科治疗,尤其是迷信治疗。这种现象与家庭经济条件差、到精神科就诊不便等有关;当求医决定者为女性、受教育少、农民、缺乏精神病学知识时更是如此。作者认为,应把普及精神病知识、加强基层精神卫生服务,作为改善精神病人求医现状的防治策略之一。
