北美地区对医学生交流技能的培养

摘要：

为了适应医学模式的转变以及满足 2 1世纪医疗服务的需求 ,美国医学院协会对北美 14 4所医学院校进行了医学交流教学及评估的调查 ,并提出了新的培养目标。调查显示北美地区 95 .65 %的医学院校在进行着不同程度的医学交流技能教学。小组讨论及教师信息反馈是目前最常用的教学方法 ,但最有效的教学方法是角色扮演和录像 ;最好的评估方法是配备录像的标准化病人考试及教师的观察考评。新的培养计划根据学习的不同时期分为二个阶段六个目标
