溃疡性结肠炎肠黏膜愈合后的显微结构研究

摘要：

目的探讨溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)患者肠黏膜愈合后的显微结构特征。方法以UC临床缓解期患者为研究对象,用甲醛制作UC的愈合肠黏膜标本,与同等数量正常肠黏膜标本对照,光镜下观察肠黏膜显微结构的炎症及结构改变。对比实验组与对照组实验室指标差异。结果 UC组结构改变及慢性炎症比率高于对照组,原UC病灶愈合处更易发生结构改变。基底层淋巴细胞浸润是慢性炎症最突出的特征。两组CRP、ESR值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),ALB、BMI、Hb水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 UC内镜下观察到的愈合黏膜仍有不同程度持续慢性炎症改变。以显微镜下慢性炎症缓解作为治疗目标可能更利于控制UC复发。
