摘要：

建立"公共数据中心"是实现城市政府信息资源共享的有效模式。城市政府信息资源的共享框架可由人口共享框架数据、法人单位共享框架数据、自然资源和空间地理共享框架数据、宏观经济共享框架数据等四类框架数据组成,"公共数据中心"主要由目录数据、共享框架数据和专题数据等数据组成。
