非溃疡性消化不良患者血清胃泌素和血浆血管活性肠肽的变化

摘要：

本文采用放射免疫法对20例非溃疡性消化不良(NUD)患者和10例正常人在基础状态和饮水后5分钟进行了血清胃泌素和血浆血管活性肠肽(VIP)的测定。结果显示:NUD组空腹胃泌素浓度(39.45±13.14ng/L)较正常组(25.40±8.73ng/L)高,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。两组空腹及饮水后5分钟血浆VIP浓度均无显著性差异。提示胃泌素在NUD发病机理中起一定作用,体循环血浆VIP则无明显作用。
