摘要
:
神经干细胞(neural stem cells,NSCs)是具有自我更新能力和多向分化潜能的祖细胞,近年来,NSCs选择性培养法及NSCs的永生化的发展,使得体外长期大量扩增NSCs成为可能。Nestin和Musashil是目前常用的鉴定NSCs的特异性标记物。另外骨髓基质细胞、脐血干细胞来源的NSCs为中枢神经系统细胞移植提供了新的细胞来源。现就中枢神经系统干细胞的体外培养及鉴定进行综述。
