摘要：

[目的/意义]随着人类社会步入崭新的智能时代,人工智能成为国际竞争的新高地和新焦点。对美国人工智能国家战略行动最新动向的考察与洞析,可为中国人工智能管理体系、基础研究、实施路径、人才培养和产业融合等方面提供有益参考。[方法/过程]以美国两份国家人工智能研发战略规划以及其他六份重要人工智能国家战略文本为主要依据,分析和归纳了美国在人工智能的基础研究投资、人才队伍培养、领导地位增强、关键技术突破和创新生态建设等方面的举措和成效。[结果/结论]研究表明,美国人工智能国家战略行动对中国推进新一代人工智能发展规划具有重要启示,主要体现在优先投资、人才培养、生态建构、产业应用、标准与工具研发等方面。
