摘要：

<正> 肛管内括约肌(internal anal sphincter,IAS)是直肠环肌层的延续,属平滑肌,包绕着肛管上2/3部。IAS 与肛管外括约肌共同作用,在维持肛管压力和排便自制,建立正常的排便反射中起着重要作用。近年来,在便秘的研究与治疗中,IAS 的作用已经引起了人们的重视。现就 IAS 的有关解剖与生理,以及 IAS 与便秘的有关问题作一介绍,以供参考。
