老年人健康状况与步速的关系探讨

摘要
目的分析老年快步速个体的健康状况, 为老年人功能维护与干预提供正性因素依据。方法采用横断面调查的数据, 用标准问卷询问相关信息, 内容包括人口学资料、自报疾病现患史、生活习惯、感官运动能力等信息。测量6 m步行速度, 以25%步速上限值作为快步速老年组的标准, 进一步分析比较快步速组老年人与低于此步速老年人的健康状态的关系和影响因素。结果确定了1.39 m/s作为老年人快步速状态的参考截点值。步速快的老年人在躯体运动功能、脑卒中患病率方面优于一般步速的老年人。Logistic回归分析结果显示, 教育程度、健康自我评价、体能和生活态度与维持快步速水平有关。结论步速快反映了老年人较好的健康状况, 通过步速与健康状态分析后的快步速截点值确定可为老年人健康状态综合评估提供简易、可行、有效的指标。
