摘要：

近年来颅脑损伤后吞咽困难的相关研究越来越多,既往研究显示颅脑损伤后吞咽障碍发生率高,口腔期及咽期障碍均可出现,并且一些相关因素有助于评估患者的吞咽功能。本文从流行病学、评估方法、障碍特点、相关因素、治疗方法、临床转归等方面对颅脑损伤患者吞咽障碍的研究进行综述。
