摘要：

<正> 代谢综合征(MS)亦称为胰岛素抵抗综合征(IRS),是心血管疾病的多种代谢危险因素在体内并存的状态。1988年,Reaven首先系统描述了代谢综合征的特点,此后大量关于其病理生理学、流行病学,以及治疗策略和预后的研究见诸文献。Reaven定义的代谢综合征包括腹部肥胖、高血糖、高甘油三酯血症、低高密度脂蛋白血症和高血压。上述危险因素的综合作用增加了心脑血管疾病的风险。胰岛素抵抗是代谢综合征的病理生理学基础。1998年,世界卫生组织(WHO)和美国分别制订了代谢综合征诊断标准,尽管二者存在小的差异,但总体内容获得共识,已有多项临床研究以这两项标准作为诊断依据。近20年来,中国经济飞速发展导致同人饮食结构和生活方式明显改变,肥胖、脂质代谢紊乱、高血压和糖尿病的发病率显著
