摘要：

目前非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)的发病尚不明确。有多项研究表明Toll样受体参与了NAFLD,特别是非酒精性脂肪性肝炎的发生和发展。简述了Toll样受体与炎症因素、Toll样受体与游离脂肪酸间的相互作用、Toll样受体基因多态性3个方面的进展,介绍了Toll样受体在NAFLD发病中的作用。
