结直肠癌同时性肝转移的外科治疗

摘要：

结直肠癌同时性肝转移主要指结直肠癌确诊时或确诊后6个月内发生的肝转移,其发病率约占初诊结直肠癌患者的15%～25% [1].因其同时涉及结肠和肝脏两个部位,治疗困难且缺乏较大宗病例的临床研究,故治疗策略尚存争议。
