科技型小微企业技术能力与营销能力互动关系案例研究

摘要
基于资源基础理论,运用案例研究方法探讨科技型小微企业技术能力与营销能力的互动关系。研究表明,技术能力与营销能力是科技型小微企业成长的关键能力,且呈互补关系;技术能力与营销能力通过新产品开发等重要组织事件发生联系,并产生彼此促进的正向影响;技术能力与营销能力需要协调发展,二者的协同效应是科技型小微企业成长的关键动力。动态审视科技型小微企业技术能力与营销能力的互动关系,探索资源匮乏条件下两种能力的培育途径,有助于理解科技型小微企业基于能力的成长机理。
