制造业企业服务化绩效——战略一致性和社会技术能力的调节效应研究

摘要
围绕制造企业服务提供与企业绩效的关系研究。现有文献强调了服务提供对企业绩效的直接效应,而对确保制造企业服务化绩效获得的边界条件没有予以充分的关注,即确保制造企业服务化绩效获得的关键情境变量是什么?本研究从制造企业服务提供的视角检验了组织战略一致性和社会技术能力对制造企业服务化绩效的调节影响。研究发现,制造企业服务化绩效的获得很大程度上依赖于组织战略一致性和社会技术能力的调节。论文最后讨论了研究发现的意义,并据此提出管理建议。
