摘要：

<正>慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是一种临床常见疾病,以持续存在的气流受限并进行性发展为特征,主要累及肺脏,也可引起多种全身(或称肺外)的不良效应,其中精神焦虑和/或抑郁是本病的重要肺外表现之一[1]。患者长期通气功能障碍,肺功能损伤进行性加重,导致日常生活明显受限,自理能力下降,逐渐出现自卑、情绪低落、焦虑抑郁等症状,甚至出现自杀倾向。长期的负面情绪又可诱发甚至加重原发疾病的症状,焦虑抑郁导致患者的依从性下降,就诊次数、住院次数明
