摘要：

目的　了解某军校学员诺瓦克样病毒抗体水平 ,同时调查分析与血型、入学前家庭所在地等的关系。方法　利用酶联免疫吸附试验检测血清中的诺瓦克样病毒rNV、rMX和r387特异性IgG抗体水平。结果　rNV、rMX和r387IgG抗体总检出率分别为 88 9% ,5 4 1%和 90 0 %。其中rMX抗体阳性率不同血型之间存在显著性差异 (P<0 0 5 ) ,以O型抗体阳性率最高 6 2 5 % (115 / 184 ) ,B型最低 4 9 1% (16 0 / 2 16 ) ,而rNV和r387抗体阳性率未见显著性差异。不同入学前家庭所在地 3种抗体阳性率均有显著性差异 ,其中以农村籍学员抗体阳性率最高 ,城市最低。结论　该军校人群中诺瓦克样病毒感染普遍 ,血型及入学前家庭所在地可能是影响诺瓦克样病毒抗体水平的因素
