严重头部外伤脑干听觉诱发电位的初步研究

摘要：

BAEP 是检测脑干损害的一个可靠手段。30例严重头部外伤病人 BAEP 检查22例有异常改变。其中1例头部 CT 扫描正常,BAEPs 波形消失,诊断为原发性脑干损伤。4例双侧幕上病变一侧 BAEPs异常,3例一侧幕上病变对侧 BAEPs 异常,说明在继发性脑干损伤,脑干内的出血、梗塞和水肿比疝入脑组织的机械性压迫更为重要。去大脑强直的11例病人中4例 BAEPs 正常,提示脑干以外有关结构的损伤也是引起这一征象的原因。本组结果表明BAEP 是严重头部外伤病人的一个良好的预后指标,波形消失的7例病人全部结果不良。
