甲状腺疾病的诊断治疗进展

摘要：

近年来对甲状腺疾病诊治方面的研究已取得了一定的进展。 5 0岁以上妇女应行甲状腺功能筛查 ,对筛查出的亚临床甲状腺功能亢进 (甲亢 )者如伴甲状腺肿大或眼病表现及亚临床甲状腺功能减退 (甲减 ) ,其促甲状腺激素水平大于 10mU/L者均需治疗。应用强的松治疗可预防131I治疗后眼病加重及新眼病的发生 ,左旋T4 (L T4 )并不增加抗甲状腺药物治疗甲亢的治愈率 ,而丙基硫氧嘧啶却可降低131I治疗甲亢的治愈率。直径小于 1cm的意外结节如无甲状腺癌家族史及放射线接触史者仅需临床随访。
