政府质量与国民幸福:文献回顾与评论

摘要：

政府质量是导致不同国家居民主观幸福感差异的主要原因之一。本文根据相关文献将政府质量划分为技术质量和民主质量。技术质量是指政府的行政效率、监管质量、法治水平和腐败控制水平,民主质量是指民意表达程度和政治稳定程度。政府技术质量对发展中国家居民的幸福起着关键作用,而政府民主质量对发达国家居民的幸福发挥主要作用。政府质量通过影响社会非正式制度、经济发展水平、公共支出结构等方式影响居民幸福。
