摘要：

<正>抑郁症是最常见的心境障碍,其发病率非常高,并且近年来呈逐年上升的趋势[1-3]。根据世界卫生组织提供的数据,目前在全世界范围内大约有3.4亿的抑郁症患者,每年有1000～2000万的患者有自杀倾向,预计到2020年,抑郁症将成为第二大致残因素[4]。此外,抑郁症造成巨大的经济损失,给家庭也造成沉重的经济和精神心理负担,严重阻碍经济的发展和社会的和谐稳定。因此,抑郁症的防治研究日趋受到重视。
