PerioGlas治疗牙周骨缺损的临床研究

摘要：

目的 :研究PerioGlas治疗牙周骨缺损的临床效果。方法 :选择 10例慢性牙周炎伴骨缺损 (骨下袋或Ⅱ类根分叉病变 )患者 ,经牙周基础治疗 1个月后做翻瓣植PerioGlas术 ,术前和术后 6月检查牙周临床指标 ,评价其临床疗效。结果 :术前菌斑指数 (PLI)、牙龈指数 (GI)与术后 6月无明显差异 ;牙周探诊深度 (PD)由 8 8mm减小为 3 8mm (P <0 0 1) ;牙龈退缩 (REC)由 0 6mm上升为 2 3mm (P <0 0 1) ;临床附着水平丧失 (CAL)由 8 4mm减小到 5 1mm (P <0 0 1)。结论 :PerioGlas移植能显著改善患牙临床牙周状态 ,用于牙周骨缺损的修复效果较好
