摘要：

左房的大小是临床常用的一个反映心脏形态大小的量,左房增大往往反映了左心舒张负荷的增加,而且现在认为它是很多常见的临床事件的预测因子。在这篇综述中我们将讨论超声心动图对左房大小的测量和功能评价,影响左房大小的因素及左房增大对临床相关心血管事件的预测意义。了解这些将有助于根据左房大小对心血管疾病的危险度分层,以及可能对心血管疾病的早期干预以改善其预后。
