摘要：

本文研究竞争对手的R&D合作现象。本文建立了R&D/产品市场垄断竞争模型,在影响创新的诸种因素中,将创新外溢性和市场容量设定在适当的值,对不同创新难度和资源互补性条件下的竞争均衡利润进行模拟,得到如下结论:1)创新难度的适度提高有利于合作的形成;2)高的资源互补性使形成合作的边际动力表现明显,利于形成合作,且使均衡的合作规模降低。
