摘要：

认知行为治疗是一种结构化的、有效的心理干预方法,在创伤后心理干预领域得到了广泛应用,且在发展过程中开始聚焦于创伤事件。本文重点介绍了面向儿童青少年的创伤聚焦的认知行为治疗(Trauma-focused Cognitive-behavioral Therapy,TF-CBT)的干预模型,包括心理教育与亲职训练、放松训练、情绪调控训练、认知应对训练、创伤复述与对创伤经验的认知加工、创伤线索暴露、亲子联合治疗、促进安全与未来发展轨迹等八个步骤和要素。在创伤后心理干预领域,这种方法相对于非指导性心理治疗、心理动力治疗、催眠疗法和压力管理等方法,对缓解创伤后应激障碍、焦虑和抑郁等症状有更显著的效果。本文在回顾前人研究的基础上,提出了对我国创伤后心理干预研究与实践的建议。
