<正>肩痛是脑卒中后常见的并发症之一[1],发病率报道不一,人群研究报道从16%[2]到84%[2—4]不等,其发病与年龄及性别无关[4]。肩痛在卒中后1周即可发生,但最常见于2—3个月[3,5],在所有脑卒中后肩痛的患者中,约28%的患者会在卒中后2周内出现症状,87%发生于4个月内,经过标准化的治疗大部分患者可于6个月后得到缓解,但仍有20%的患者表现为常规治疗无效的持续性肩痛[1,3,6]。
