血小板与缺血性脑卒中及抗血小板药物作用评价

摘要
目的 介绍有关脑缺血后血小板功能的变化和抗血小板药物在缺血性脑卒中预防和治疗中的作用和评价。方法 综述 5年以来并追踪以往国内外脑缺血后有关血小板功能变化和抗血小板药物作用的资料 ,分别进行介绍。结果 脑缺血后急性期和恢复期 ,血小板皆处于激活状态 ,抗血小板药物在缺血性脑卒中的预防和治疗过程中取得了良好效果 ,新型效果好、不良反应少的抗血小板药物不断出现。结论 新型抗血小板药物的出现必然给缺血性脑卒中的预防和治疗带来新的曙光。
