胰岛素甘露醇联合治疗脑梗塞疗效观察

摘要
报道了胰岛素、甘露醇联合治疗急性脑梗塞的研究结果,与706代血浆治疗组对照,前者可显著减轻患者的神经系统损害的恶化程度,明显提高神经功能康复程度,且无不良反应。其疗效既与胰岛素日剂量有关,也与胰岛素降血糖作用有关,但不完全取决于血糖降低程度。
