外部技术影响企业绩效的两面性——一个非线性视角的实证研究

摘要：

采用我国高新技术上市公司面板数据,实证研究了外部技术影响企业绩效的两面性以及技术整合能力和市场能力对两者关系的调节作用。研究结果表明:外部技术与企业绩效之间呈先上升后下降的倒"U"型关系;技术整合能力及市场能力均正向调节外部技术与企业绩效的关系。因此,企业在获取外部技术的同时,应注重外部技术与内部研发的平衡优化,而加强内部能力建设更有利于获取外部技术的收益。
