太极功法改善膝骨关节炎患者膝关节稳定性机制的研究进展

摘要
膝骨关节炎是膝关节稳定性异常的重要原因,临床表现主要为关节疼痛、活动受限、肌力下降、本体感觉功能障碍、运动控制能力下降等,反之,膝关节稳定性下降也会加速关节炎的病情进展。运动疗法为改善膝关节不稳的有效手段,而我国传统功法太极是一种内外兼修、动静结合的运动疗法,近年来国内外学者研究发现,进行规律性的太极锻炼可以有效增强膝关节稳定性。从改善膝关节疼痛和活动度受限、提高下肢肌力、调控本体感觉与平衡能力,以及增强运动控制与姿势稳定性这几个方面综述太极运动对膝骨关节炎患者膝关节稳定性的影响,并总结其可能性机制。
