AP调谐曲线对诊断噪声性听力障碍的应用

摘要
作者对正常者(20名)和长期接触脉冲噪声的射击运动员(22例)测试了纯音听阈、言语识别率及AP调谐曲线。射击运动员中9例各频率纯音听阈正常,13例在2kHz以上纯音听阈均提高,其中在6k、4kHz最著。所有射击运动员的背景噪声下言语识别率均低于正常,AP调谐曲线不仅形态改变,而且Q10dB值较正常者明显减小。AP调谐曲线Q10dB值的变化与纯音阈值间相关性较差,但与信/噪比为0dB时的言语识别率间相关性较好。结果说明AP调谐曲线可作为确定耳蜗潜在性病变(无听阈变化)的有用指标。
