癌症病人创伤后成长及影响因素现况调查

摘要
目的:了解癌症病人创伤后成长的现况及影响因素。方法:采用创伤后成长量表(PTGI)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对方便取样的80例住院癌症病人进行调查。结果:①女性病人创伤后成长得分高于男性;②有配偶病人创伤后成长得分高于无配偶者;③癌症病人社会支持与创伤后成长呈中度正相关;④回归分析显示社会支持得分、性别和癌症分期是影响癌症病人创伤后成长的显著因素。结论:社会支持、性别和癌症分期是影响癌症病人创伤后成长的显著因素。
