竞技体育中运动负荷计算方法研究进展

摘要
运动负荷定量化可以有效指导运动训练和预测运动成绩,目前很多研究尝试采用不同的方法去定量负荷,但是缺乏一个绝对的"金标准"和有效地验证程序,本文总结了几种不同的负荷定量方法,以其通过比较不同方法之间的利弊和适用范围,找出各个项目特有的定量方法,促进训练质量提高,最大限度提高运动员竞技能力同时保障他们科学、系统地完成训练。
