摘要：

在国家大力推广公共数字图书馆建设同时,公共数字图书馆服务能力已经从仅考虑馆藏量到多元化智慧服务全面升级。分析认为,在大数据背景下,海量数据的爆发、用户阅读方式的转变都为公共数字图书馆服务能力提出了新的要求。公共数字图书馆服务能力只有从内容移动化、价值化等多方面提升,才能彰显公共文化服务体系建设的意义与作用,体现国家文化软实力。
