<正>支气管哮喘是由多种炎症细胞(如肥大细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞和T淋巴细胞等)和细胞组分参与的慢性气管炎症性疾病。近年来哮喘患病率呈逐年上升的趋势,目前全球哮喘患者总数已超过1.5亿人,因此我们应该高度重视哮喘的治疗。目前防治支气管哮喘的最有效方法仍是药物治疗,现就近年来支气管哮喘的药物治疗进展综述如下。
