摘要：

Fn是一种高分子糖蛋白,由多种细胞合成,血浆型Fn主要来源于肝细胞、内皮细胞和巨噬细胞。本文选择了一些伴血管病变或伴高凝状态病例,观察Fn和ⅧR:Ag之间的变化。实验结果指出在这些疾病中Fn和ⅧR:Ag虽然同时升高,但二者不存在相关性。在糖尿病和尿毒症组,ⅧR:Ag升高与高凝状态有关,Fn减少或不增高与消耗增多有关,提示其调理功能降低。
