体外受精-胚胎移植周期临床妊娠影响因素的研究进展

摘要：

近年来,体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)技术得到飞速发展,然而IVF-ET周期临床妊娠率却约为40%,故如何提高IVF-ET成功率成为辅助生殖工作(ART)研究的难点。卵巢储备功能及其反应性、妇科疾病(如子宫内膜异位症、子宫肌瘤等)、人绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)注射日孕酮(P)水平等因素均可影响IVF-ET周期临床妊娠率。笔者拟就IVF-ET周期临床妊娠影响因素的研究进展,进行综述如下。
