<正>抑郁是帕金森病患者突出的非运动症状之一,严重影响患者的生活质量,增加致残率及社会负担,因此,帕金森病抑郁越来越受到重视。现就帕金森病抑郁的流行病学特征、临床特征、发病机制及诊治的研究综述如下。1流行病学特征1.1发病率自1922年Patrick和Levy's首次描述了146例帕金森病患者中有10例(7%)出现了抑郁后,对于帕金森病抑郁发病率的研究较多。但是,受研究对象选取、抑郁定
